Love the slouchy look of this bag! The genuine suede is so pretty and the warm brown goes with literally everything.

Exchange took way too long

I was sent the wrong bag and had to go through the exchange process. It took forever to get the correct one, which was pretty frustrating. The bag itself is really cute, but the whole experience was disappointing.
