How to Measure
- Trace
- Place a piece of paper on a hard floor. Stand on it with your full weight, since your foot spreads slightly when bearing weight.
- Mark
- Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe. This may be your second toe rather than your big toe - use whichever extends furthest.
- Measure
- Measure the distance between the two marks in centimeters. This is your foot length - compare it to the Japan (cm) sizing for the most accurate match.
- Both feet
- Measure both feet, ideally at the end of the day when they're largest, and use the longer of the two measurements.
Tip: sizing varies by brand and last width. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
