Bust

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level and parallel to the floor. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline - the narrowest point above your belly button, usually just above your hip bones.

Hip

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your natural waistline.

Length

Measure from the highest point of your shoulder straight down to where you want the garment to end.

Shoulder

Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder seam to the other.

Sleeve

Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff, with your arm relaxed at your side.

Rise

Measure from the crotch seam straight up to the top of the waistband, along the front of the garment.

Inseam

Measure along the inside leg seam, from the crotch down to the bottom of the hem.

Tip: use a soft measuring tape and measure over your undergarments for the most accurate fit.
