Help Center

Sizing may vary slightly between styles and manufacturers. Many of our pieces have a slim or fitted silhouette, so if you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

For the best fit, check the product-specific measurements when available on the product page and use your body measurements rather than relying solely on your usual size.

View Our Full Size Guide →

Yes! Many of our styles are currently available in extended sizes, and we’re actively working to expand our selection. We’re committed to adding more styles and size options as our collection continues to grow.

Product measurements can be found in the Size Chart on each product page. Since sizing and fit may vary between styles, we recommend checking each product's Size Chart before ordering to help you find your best fit.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Always check the Size Chart on the product page.

International sizing can vary by country and manufacturer. International size comparisons are available in the Size Chart on each product page (use the Compare to a country menu) to help you find the closest match to your US size.

When available, we recommend using the product measurements for the most accurate fit.

For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure over lightweight clothing or undergarments. Keep the tape comfortably snug against your body without pulling it tight.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the measuring tape level across your back and parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, typically just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug, but don't pull it tight.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, typically about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.

Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down the inside of your leg to where you'd like your pants to end.

Foot Length: Place your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper. Mark where your longest toe ends, then measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement when selecting your size.

Fit Tip: Compare your measurements with the Size Chart on the individual product page whenever available. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

For the best fit, we recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it with the Size Chart on the individual product page whenever available.

How to measure your feet:

1. Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor with one edge against a wall.
2. Stand on the paper with your heel gently against the wall.
3. Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe.
4. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to your mark in inches or centimeters.
5. Repeat with your other foot, as one foot may be slightly larger.
6. Use the larger measurement and compare it with the Size Chart on the product page.

Fit Tip: If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. For narrow or pointed-toe styles, you may also want to size up for additional room and comfort.

Undelivered or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

1. Check the area around your delivery address, including porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and side or back entrances. It's also a good idea to check with neighbors or others at your address who may have accepted the package.
2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before they arrive.
3. Contact your local carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. The carrier is best positioned to locate your package and may open an investigation on your behalf.

If your package still cannot be located after contacting the carrier, please email support@radianceveil.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking. Include your order number, your full name, and any reference or claim number provided by the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived after 14 business days from processing, please contact our support team with your order number so we can look into it.

If you need to cancel your order, please email support@radianceveil.com within 12 hours of placing it. Include your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We’ll review your request and confirm by email whether the order can be canceled. Cancellation requests made after 12 hours cannot be accommodated.

Tracking updates can take up to 72 business hours to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation email. There may also be gaps between carrier scans while your package is in transit.

You can check the latest status through the tracking link in your shipping email or by selecting Order Track in our Virtual Assistant. If your tracking still hasn’t updated after 72 business hours, please email support@radianceveil.com with your order number so we can look into it.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate email with your tracking number. If you haven't seen it, please check your spam or promotions folders, as shipping emails are sometimes sorted there.

You can also track your order directly through our Self-Help Virtual Assistant by opening the chat and selecting Order Track.

You can check your order status at any time by logging into your Radiance Veil account and selecting the order. You can also track your order through the Shop app by Shopify, available for free on iOS and Android. Orders placed with the same email address you use in the Shop app will appear there automatically, along with real-time delivery updates.

Please note that tracking can take up to 72 business hours to start updating after a package ships. If your tracking doesn't appear to be moving, your order is most likely still in transit.
