Overview Welcome to Radiance Veil. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Radiance Veil. We operate this website and store — including all content, features, tools, and services — to give you a curated shopping experience. Radiance Veil runs on Shopify, which powers our site behind the scenes.
By visiting or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.
1. Access and Accounts You must be at least the age of majority where you live to use our services. When you shop with us, we may ask for info like your email, billing details, and shipping address — please make sure it's accurate. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for anything that happens under it. Accounts can't be transferred or sold to someone else.
2. Our Products We do our best to show products accurately, but colors, sizing, and details can vary slightly based on your screen or supplier updates. We don't guarantee items will look or perform exactly as pictured. Prices, availability, and product info can change at any time, and we may limit or discontinue items without notice.
3. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy — we can accept or decline it for any reason. Your order isn't final until we confirm it and payment goes through. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change or cancel it, so please double-check before submitting. If we cancel or change your order, we'll reach you using the info you provided at checkout. Returns and exchanges follow our separate Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal use only, not resale.
4. Prices and Billing Prices and promotions can change without notice — you'll pay the listed price on the product when you place your order. Taxes, shipping, and other charges are added separately unless stated otherwise. Please keep your payment and account info current and accurate, and know that by checking out, you're confirming you're authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We work with different vendors and carriers, so delivery methods and timing can vary by product. We're not responsible for delays from carriers, customs, weather, or other things outside our control. Once your order ships, risk of loss generally passes to you, to the extent allowed by law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
6. Vendors and Fulfillment Partners We may work with outside vendors and fulfillment partners to source and ship your order — but you're always buying directly from Radiance Veil. Please send all questions, returns, and support requests to us, not to any vendor or supplier: support@radianceveil.com. Do not send returns to any address on your package unless we've given you written instructions first.
7. Intellectual Property Everything on our site — our branding, text, images, product names, and design — belongs to Radiance Veil or our partners and is protected by law. You may browse and use our site for personal use only; you can't copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission. Shopify's name and branding belong to Shopify.
8. Optional Tools We may link to third-party tools we don't control. These are offered "as is," with no guarantees — using them is at your own risk. Any new tools we add later are also covered by these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links Our site may link to outside websites. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices — use them at your own risk, and review their terms before making any purchases there.
10. Our Relationship with Shopify Shopify powers our store, but every purchase is made directly with Radiance Veil — not Shopify. Shopify isn't responsible for anything related to your order, including damages, shipping issues, returns, or refunds. By shopping with us, you agree not to hold Shopify liable for anything related to your purchase.
11. Privacy Any personal info you share with us is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because our store runs on Shopify, Shopify may also collect some data to help operate and improve our site. We may share info with trusted service providers to process orders, payments, shipping, and support. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
12. Feedback If you send us reviews, photos, or other feedback, you're giving us permission to use it for marketing and business purposes, royalty-free. Please only submit content you own the rights to. We can edit or remove submitted content at our discretion and aren't obligated to compensate you for it.
13. Errors and Corrections Occasionally our site may have typos or incorrect info about pricing, products, or shipping. We can correct errors, update info, or cancel/change orders at any time — even after you've submitted one — without prior notice.
14. Prohibited Uses Please don't use our site to: break the law, infringe on someone's rights, harass or harm others, spread false info, spread malware or spam, impersonate someone, collect others' personal data, interfere with site security, scrape our content, or bypass access restrictions. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
15. Automated Access Bots, scrapers, and AI agents may not access, purchase from, or interact with our site unless we've approved it in writing. We may block automated access at any time.
16. Termination We can end your access to our site at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms. You're still responsible for anything you owe up to that point. Sections that are meant to last beyond termination — like IP, liability, and privacy — will continue to apply.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties Our site and products are provided "as is," without guarantees of any kind unless we state otherwise. We don't promise the site will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. Some places don't allow these kinds of disclaimers, so this may not fully apply to you depending on where you live.
18. Limitation of Liability To the extent the law allows, Radiance Veil, our team, partners, vendors, and Shopify aren't liable for damages related to your use of our site or products — including lost profits, data, or similar losses. Some places don't allow these limitations, so this may not fully apply to you.
19. Indemnification If a claim arises from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our site, or breach of someone else's rights, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including legal fees, for Radiance Veil, Shopify, and our partners.
20. Severability If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be adjusted to the extent allowed by law — the rest of these Terms will remain in effect.
21. Entire Agreement These Terms, along with our other posted policies, make up the full agreement between you and Radiance Veil. Us not enforcing a rule one time doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
22. Assignment You can't transfer these Terms or your obligations under them without our written consent. We can transfer ours without needing your permission.
23. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal law. Any disputes will be handled in Oregon courts, unless local law requires otherwise.
24. Headings Section headings are just for convenience and don't affect how these Terms are interpreted.
25. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes here. Please check back periodically — continuing to use our site after changes go live means you accept them.
